CUSTOM HOME
Esher
We are delivering a stunning, five-bedroom custom build home for a private client in Esher. Spread over three floors, this 7,106 sq. ft home will deliver the wow factor.
The home will include an expansive, highly specified kitchen on the ground floor, with large bi-fold doors opening up onto the beautiful, landscaped garden, allowing plenty of natural light to flood in. The ground floor will also deliver a formal living area, as well as a separate TV room, a dining room and an ample study. Upstairs, there are five expansive bedrooms, and all the bathrooms and en-suites will be finished to an exceptional standard.
However, it is the basement that really sets this home apart. In the basement, we will be delivering a large gym, a cinema room, sauna, games room, a wine cellar and a laundry – giving this custom home a real sense of luxury and grandeur. The home will also incorporate a series of green energy features, to include an air source heat pump and MVHR (Mechanical Ventilation with Heat Recovery – a whole-house ventilation system that supplies fresh, filtered air while extracting stale air from the building). The construction of an elegant five-bedroom detached house arranged over three floors, set within a gated private road.
The house incorporates a large kitchen/dayroom overlooking the landscaped garden to the rear, with a study and living room to the front of the house. Each of the five bedrooms has the convenience of their own luxurious en-suite, complete with Porcelanosa tiles and high-end sanitaryware. The contemporary kitchen is finished with granite worktops and stylish shaker style units and benefits from a separate utility room.

JVB have been appointed to build a 6,200sqft traditional family home. The five-bedroom detached property is set in the heart of Reigate. The property includes a music room, library, snug, play room and six bathrooms.
The house features a double sided fireplace, under-floor heating, heat pump and solar panels. The luxury kitchen and bathrooms have been individually designed using bespoke software to ensure the form and function of the building compliment each other. A perfectly placed roof light will flood the entrance hall with light, bringing the sweeping curved oak staircase to life.

Construction of the exterior works of a luxurious 13,000 sq ft detached house, which will consist of six bedrooms, five bathrooms, eight reception rooms and a basement offering a garage, cinema and gym once complete.
The house build has been completed using locally sourced Horsham Stone, black timber cladding and a slate tiled roof. It has also been finished with a beautiful frameless curved glass window feature, overlooking the landscaped rear garden.

Lower Road
JVB Construction has been tasked with creating a bespoke new build property, tailored to the client’s specialist Design Team requirements. This large detached property features a spacious five-bedrooms, complete with four modern kitchens and five luxurious bathrooms/en-suites with a basement, gym, and office rooms.
Including bespoke mechanical service design of Air Source Heat Pumps, air conditioning, underfloor heating, and MVHR throughout the property.
Our expert hard landscaping team will be transforming the outdoor space, featuring a stunning pool area designed for relaxation and entertainment. We are currently nearing completion with the internal joinery and decoration progressing well, transforming the clients vision into a reality.

RENOVATION
Recording Studio
A new build barn boasting a state-of-the-art live studio overlooked by a viewing gallery, a recording room, writing room, kitchen and bathroom. The barn is fully acoustically rated, including all windows and doors.
All the finishes inside the music studio were undertaken by JVB, which included extensive high-spec acoustic work including ceiling panels and diffuser panels. We installed a spiral cellar, tiled and oak floor finishes, staircase and balustrade to gallery area, all frameless and containing various types of lighting all on a smart system.
We also completed extensive external works, including a 400m2 patio, installation of a recessed Poseidon riptide pool and fire pit as well as oak fencing, with anthracite fence posts. We were required to design and build a bespoke cover for the pool and fire pit area. The front porch was completely designed and built by JVB.
The exterior of the barn was completed with oak cladding and internally, spray paint was used to give an immaculate finish. Following the completion of the barn itself, we went on to also construct an outbuilding, which contained a bathroom and a bar.
RENOVATION
Two-Storey Extension in Ashtead
A two-storey side extension and single storey rear extension was achieved. We demolished an existing single storey side extension and conservatory and converted an existing garage area into living accommodation, which included a large open plan kitchen, playroom, gym and utility room.
The light grey aluminium windows and doors really complement the render and hanging tiles, creating a modern, updated look.

RENOVATION
Batts Hill
We are extending a three-bedroom detached bungalow set in the leafy suburb of Reigate. Works include a loft extension and annex as well as a complete renovation. Built in a conservation area it is our duty to preserve and enhance the quality of the environment. The extension will be sympathetic to the special architectural and aesthetic qualities of the existing building. The use of flush casement windows and doors are just one of the many materials used to compliment the build.
