JVB have been appointed to build a 6200sqft traditional family home.  The five bedroom detached property is set in the heart of Reigate, it includes a music room, library, snug, play room and six bathrooms. 

The house features a double sided fireplace, under floor heating, heat pump and solar panels. The luxury kitchen and bathrooms have been individually designed using bespoke software to ensure the form and function of the building compliment each other.  A perfectly placed rooflight will flood the entrance hall with light, bringing the sweeping curved oak staircase  to life.

Recording Studio

A new build barn boasting a state-of-the-art live studio overlooked by a viewing gallery, a recording room, writing room, kitchen and bathroom. The barn is fully acoustically rated including all windows and doors.

All the finishes inside the music studio were undertaken by JVB which included extensive high spec acoustic work including ceiling panels and diffuser panels. We installed a spiral cellar, tiled and oak floor finishes, staircase and balustrade to gallery area, all frameless and containing various types of lighting all on a smart system.

We also completed extensive external works, including a 400m2 patio, installation of a recessed Poseidon riptide pool and fire pit as well as oak hit and miss fencing with anthracite fence posts. We were required to design and build a bespoke cover for the pool and fire pit area.  The front porch was completely designed and built by JVB.

The exterior of the barn was completed with oak cladding and internally spray paint was used to give an immaculate finish. Following the completion of the barn itself, we went on to also construct an outbuilding which contained a bathroom and a bar.

Two-Storey Extension in Ashtead

Two storey side extension and single storey rear extension, this was achieved by demolishing an existing single storey side extension & conservatory and conversion of existing garage area into living accommodation which included a large open plan kitchen, playroom, gym and utility room.

The light grey aluminium windows and doors really complement the render and hanging tiles to create a modern look.
