Bruckland Developments and JVB Construction have announced the appointment of Nigel Davis as Finance Director, strengthening the senior leadership team as the businesses continue to expand their residential property pipeline.
Nigel will operate across the wider Bruckland Group – to include Bruckland Developments and JVB Construction Ltd. He brings extensive experience in financial leadership, corporate governance and strategic planning. In his new role, he will be responsible for overseeing Bruckland’s financial strategy, while supporting both company’s long-term growth ambitions.
Prior to joining the Bruckland group, Nigel has held numerous senior finance positions within the residential property sector, working with some of the UK’s leading house builders. He has worked closely with operational and delivery teams to improve financial performance, strengthen controls and support sustainable business growth. His background includes managing complex financial structures, business planning and commercial decision-making.
