Planning
One of our dedicated project managers will work alongside you and our appointed architect to meticulously design every detail of your project – including the management of any necessary planning applications. We will then provide you with a detailed timeline and an agreed budget, which our project manager will ensure the team follows diligently. If you already have an appointed architect, we would be happy to work alongside them.
Build
Throughout the build or fitout process, your dedicated project manager will keep you updated with progress. They will alert you ahead of time, when any decisions need to be made and can support you in making these decisions, wherever required. Our skilled team on site will execute the construction phase with dedication and attention to detail, delivering superior quality and craftsmanship and a finished product that any business would be proud of.
Sign-off
Upon completion of your project, we carry out a thorough inspection of your premises, ensuring that we hand over a project of exceptional quality. We will then meet with you and conduct a tour of the building, ensuring complete satisfaction before sign-off.
