Following an initial enquiry we will arrange and conduct a consultation, where our team will take the time to meet with you and understand your individual requirements and your aspirations for the project. Following this consultation, we will provide you with a detailed quotation, tailored to your specific requirements, ensuring clarity and confidence from the outset.
Planning
One of our dedicated project managers will work alongside you and our appointed architect to meticulously design every detail of your custom build home – including the management of any necessary planning applications. We will then provide you with a detailed timeline and an agreed budget, which your project manager will ensure the team follows diligently.
Build
Throughout the build process, your dedicated project manager will keep you updated with progress. They will alert you ahead of time, when any decisions need to be made and can support you in making these decisions where required. Our skilled team on site will execute the construction phase with dedication and attention to detail, delivering superior quality and craftsmanship and a finished product you will be proud to call your own.
Aftercare
Upon completion of your project, we carry out a thorough inspection of your property, ensuring that we hand over a home of exceptional quality, both inside and out. We will then meet with you and conduct a tour of your home, to ensure your full satisfaction before sign-off. We have a dedicated aftercare team in place and all of our new homes come with the added peace of mind of a 10-year new home warranty.
