JVB recently carried out a 16-week single storey extension project for clients in Reigate, Surrey, Click Here to Read More   Having been appointed as the principal contractor, all work was carried out to schedule and to the desired specification.

The clients made some requests to the schedule, so we produced a variation document for the client to confirm the additional changes and costs, before we began on site.

Our main priorities were to ensure we provided an excellent service that ran to the scheduled time frame.  With that in mind, we ensured a high level of attendance and punctuality from our workforce (working day of 8:00am to 4:00pm) and maintained a professional, tidy and hazard-free working environment at all times.

Work included structural works, demolition to the existing rear extension and side patio, construction of a new single storey extension, installation and decoration of a new kitchen, modernisation of existing bathrooms, and finally completing all additional works as requested by the client.

Thanks to the professionalism of our team, the build went smoothly without any issues. Our clients were really pleased with our attention to detail and the overall service we provided.
