We commissioned JVB to undertake our project back in 2018.  We simply couldn’t be happier with the end product.  The quality is exceptional and we were impressed with the end to end process.

Their pricing is very thorough and their quote when we compared against other builders was by far the most comprehensive so we were confident they’d included everything in the costings. As we moved through the project, we were sent fortnightly valuations setting out % of works completed and therefore monies owing.  Any changes are clearly accounted for, with any omissions or additions laid out clearly.  We were always confident we knew where we were on the payment schedule.

JVB have a diligent, incredibly hard working team who are personable and accessible but highly professional.  We felt throughout the process that we were in safe hands and the team appreciated the importance of our once in a lifetime project. Nothing was too much trouble if we needed advice or wanted the opportunity to discuss doing something in a different way and Joe was excellent at advising and recommending products that met our style and budget.  We were put in touch with recommended trusted suppliers who we have since also recommended due to quality and service.
